Want long, lush & healthy eyelashes?

Many women think beautiful eyelashes are as important as long, thick and nurtured hair. Caring for your eyelashes is easier than doing the same for your hair; however, the results won’t be instant. The only thing you can do is wait patiently.
Here are a few tricks to reach your goal as soon as possible.

1. REMOVE YOUR MAKE-UP EVERY NIGHT
Some of you probably think we’re not being serious – it goes without saying you should remove your make-up every day, right? Still, let’s be honest for a second, how many of you have gone to bed with make-up on? Exactly. Bear in mind, make-up feels heavy on your skin because it clogs your pores and prevents your skin to breathe. You have to pay extra attention to the eye area. Mascara is very thick and heavy on your skin and doesn’t allow your eyelashes to breathe so you need to give them enough rest at night.
2. OLIVE OR CASTOR OIL
Mix a small amount of olive and castor oil, and then slowly and gently apply the mixture to your eyelashes. This useful concoction stimulates eyelash growth. If you’re not happy with the price of castor oil, you can just use olive oil.
3. GREEN TEA
Make green tea (a small dose) and let it cool down; gently clean your eyelashes and the area around the eyes. Green tea also stimulates the growth of longer, thicker and healthier eyelashes.
4. VASELINE
Every night before you go to bed, put some Vaseline on your eyelashes. It will make your lashes grow faster and thicker.
5. TRIM THEM!
You might be sceptical about this right now but have faith, it really does work. Be careful though when handling scissors or, even better, ask a friend to do it for you. As is the case with your hair, trimming eyelashes stimulates eyelash follicles to grow faster.

Apart from all these neat tricks, it’s also important to lead a healthy lifestyle and take care of your diet. Eggs, meat, apples, green leafy vegetables are just some of the foods that can make your eyes and eyelashes healthier. So remember, focus on your diet, exercise, and make sure you don’t skip breakfast – ever. If you stick to this plan, you’ll remain healthier and look better.
