When we talk about high blood pressure, we tend to forget how low blood pressure can actually represent a serious problem. Constant fatigue, drowsiness, even fainting are most prominent symptoms of this issue. People with hypotension are not at the same risk as people with high blood pressure, but their life quality is far away from being satisfactory. There are various causes for hypotension like dehydration, pregnancy, deficiency of vitamins B9 and B12, medications, even hormonal imbalance and hemorrhagic shock. Having found in such situations people should increase the intake of salt and spicy food in general, then coffee and tea, but should also pay a visit to their doctor.
