Hop wine
Hop plant is known for its many properties. For instance, it’s a good choice if you’re sleep deprived, feel anxious or even depressed. Hop wine is a good herbal sedative.
Method:
3 tablespoons hop
1 dl cognac
1 l white wine
Chop dried hop cones and cover it with cognac, and leave for a day. After that, add wine and let it sit for 7 days. Filter the wine, and leave it for 7 more days before you try it. The recommended dose is one small cup 2 times a day.
Onion wine
This wine is the right choice for you if you want to get rid of all that sodium in your system. It gives you more energy, purifies the blood, boosts your immune and cardiovascular systems. It also gets rid of excessive body fat, and speeds up your metabolism. Method:
500 g red onions
3 l dessert wine
500 g honey
Chop red onions in small pieces and put them in a bowl with a large lid. Cover it with dessert wine, and add honey. After 2 weeks, filter the wine, and enjoy your 1 dl every day after breakfast.
Dried plum wine
This wine will help your digestive system to get a move on. It will also reduce the litocholic acid content. Method:
250 g dried plum
cinnamon peel
4 cloves
150 g raisins
2 tablespoons rum
3 l wine
Wash plums, remove seeds and place them in a large jar. Add cinnamon peel, cloves, and raisins which were kept in rum earlier. Cover everything with wine and wrap lace around the jar. Keep it at room temperature for 15 days, then carefully pour the wine in bottles, and close them tight. Enjoy!
