Books are there to read… That’s true, but what happens with them once we finish reading? Some believe we shouldn’t be collecting books, but should pass them on to someone else instead, especially the ones which left an indelible impression on us so that they enrich the lives of others the same way they enriched ours. Maybe there’s something to it, but what happens when we come across a book in which we get caught up so much that we can’t possibly imagine ourselves being separated from it.These are usually the kind of books we return to from time to time and always seem to discover something new, as if they respond to our devotion by gradually revealing themselves each time in a new light. These books easily find a special place in our home, and we often try to make them noticeable, actually we add them another role, function, a purpose – they become decorations. Their content, their external appearance – various covers add charm to any ambience, but enrich our daily lives as well. Huge, small, thick, thin, colorful, single-colored – when carefully arranged on shelves, coffee tables, sometimes even floors, they form interesting compositions, to say the least. They attract views, bring colors make space somewhat livelier, but can also serve as an excellent substitute for a coffee table in a living room or a bedroom. Just imagine, a coffee table made out of your favorite books that are literally always there, and which comes in handy – for reading…
