Here’s my recommendation for a healthy lunch:
1 red onion
1 tbs olive oil
1 lovage stem
2 medium-sized carrots
5 cups water & bouillon cube mix
Place the cauliflower in boiling water and leave it there for a few minutes. Stir fry red onion in hot oil which you previously sliced into strips. Then add carrot cut in cubes, cauliflower leaves, and finally lovage stem, and cook over medium heat. Add chicken broth, braise the vegetables until it softens, and then blend to get the sauce. Cook for a few more minutes, and add spices according to your taste.
